tadaaa... shew - many late nights .. because i was doing it mostly by myself :( .. but its done now atleast. Drove the car into work today - feels COMPLETELY diferent .. like i need to re-learn it :)

Interior is 100% OEM besides the gear nob. I was quite stressed as there's been so much changed.. but it started first shot and ran / runs perfect.

parts used:

S15 Manual Consol and Gaiter trim
Manual Rubber shifter / gearbox boots
Manual ECU - S15 Spec S
S14 - 5 speed gearbox
Spigot bush
OEM Flywheel bolts
SR20det flywheel
ACT 6 puk ( overkill i know )
SS clutch line
S14 gearbox bracket
S13 clutch damper system
Nismo Gearbox mount
30mm Shortened Propshaft with S14 nose
some exhaust mounts
drilled firewall for clutch MC
brake and 'clutch pedal + MC - OEM S15


Issues i ran into:

Auto box is doos heavy .. all bolts were doos tight.. it was just a doos in general. ( i had help with this )
the spigots of DOOM :) .. grease it and add a klap did work nicely though.
Getting the manual box in - Auto S15 Chassis tunnel is not wider than Manual chassis.. this is a LIE!!! they are the same.( i had help with this - yay mates )
Making the firewall hole under the dash... toight space !
finding a location for the window winder ECU ( sits where the clutch pedal goes :/ ) i moved it up into cavity in the dash behind the main gauges.
getting the OEM brake pedal out
getting the car to start.. need to bridge one wire on loom to finalize the ECU / loom conversion ( - yay electrically minded mates and google )
locating the small things.. S15 consol / Gearbox rubber boots / S15 Pedals
Sifting through all the BS on the web... mostly the issues come in with LHD / RHD conversions. and the fact that they lie about wire colours!!
... theres was more small par for the course kind of stuff.
