Tata vista timing help

Anyone got the locking tools for the fiat 350a.000 motor?

Did the belt without them and now it is in a safe mode. When the pc is plugged in at the dealers it says cam sensor.

Redone the belt many times. Dealer here doesn't have the tools and I don't want to go back to them.

Ps never buy a tata.
