i did it some time ago but here it is if i can remember all.

1st off u need to loosen all your brake line fittings from the abs
then there should be some power cables on the abs pump bracket
disconnect them
3rd losten the abs mounting bracket
4th take it out throw it away hahahahahaha
best now is to take out the old lines from the front brakes and the master cylinder.
the rear has a fitting that u can loosen just under the master. just a small connector block
what i did now was bend some wire to fit the body and have all the bends and angles just right
now that u have a sample of the lines you need go to a hydraulic shop and get them made up ( just remember u need a T in the front line so that u get both sides done..
fit all and bleed the system

sorry guys didnt take any pics when i did it

I used all my old abs lines and just bent and cut them to the way i wanted them, they bend really easy without kinking but be advised use a proper flaring tool or the joints will not seal properly and will leak, i had a buddy help me out as the flaring is very tricky, flare it too much it does not fit an too little and it does not seal.

Be careful. Some fitting use a double flare.
In other words it flares out and the back in..
