CA18 over length thrust bearings

Hi guys,
It's seems 150 000km with a heavy clutch has taken its toll. My thrust bearing on the crank is fooked and has worn into the crank, so I have 2 options, find a new crank or find over length mains.
Has anyone come across these bearings with over length thrust flanges? Or does anyone has a perfect CA18 crank, preferably stock?
A google seems Clevite sell them but they not easily available and the description is a tad vague. Will ACL custom make these for me?
Any leads will help.
