Mmmmm i dont really want to go that route, would like to keep oil pressure sensor, if i have to end up getting an adapter plate then i might aswell get one that can accommodate oil cooler set up and oil pressure sender unit, any body fitted oil pressure gauge to a sr20det yet?

Get the Grex oil filter block.
comes with an oil temp sensor and valve
It opens the valve when it reaches a certain temp which will go to the oil cooler.

Where can one get this grex oil filter block and wil it also work on the ca18det motor? If not is there something one can get to do the same on the ca motor? On my exa I had the same problem so I made up a high presure pipe that screwd into the std oil presure senders hole on the oil pump and the other end had a T piece on witch I used for the std oil presure sender and the oil pres guage sender I just mounted the T piece on the fire wall pipe was about 400mm long it worked well for me.

@ Drillergy were can one get that grex plate? iv seen them do the same with the sr20det were they take it from the oil pump but think getting the plate sounds much easyer and safer and is advantage as i can add oil cooler now.

If you guys are not in any hurry... I will put a group buy together for oil cooling in the weekend.
Grex will. be there from adapters to full kits and you can choose which will suit your needs and pockets.
