UPDATE:

9 weeks Later and the Car is Back home on a Flat Bed from PE.

Dicktator Wiring Done
Start up Map Loaded
Water Meth Fitted
AEM Gauge Fitted
Exhaust Fitted

But still a Few Issues that needed My attention,

I fixed a Small Oil Leak (3 min job)
I Charged the Battery - R20 (Causing Start up problems)
I fitted a New Aermotive AFPR with Gauge (Previous AFPR was hooked up wrong - Causing Fuel problems on start up)

Exhaust Manifold Gasket was Blowing - Lesson Learnt - Always Skim! Even if a Manifold is new.

So I have ordered Cometic Gaskets for Manifold and Turbo.
Fetched Manifold from Engineers today - All Skimmed and Sorted.
I fitted the BC COILOVERS - Amazing! Write up to Follow!
Fitted Arms aswell. Suspension Set up is going to be Wicked!!
Fitted some Rare TENZO 18's with 265 SEMI's on the Rear, 235 SEMI's on the Front.

Also got my ACT Clutch.
Also got a Front Wilwood Kit here still.
Signage still to go on aswell.

So next week when Im back home the Manifold and clutch can go in.
And then its hit the Streets and a Dyno to fine tune.

Hey, the car is looking great!
Interested to see the power figures when the motor is tuned!
Hope to see some track shots in the near future.

After all the waiting and bad luck, you can reap rewards and enjoy and maybe a bit of tyre smoke!

lesson two: major issue with start up was cam timing 180degree out, so dont let a mechanic that dont understand cam timing assemble your motor, or wire your ECU...

guessing the same person installed the oil cooler setup - and the FPR was a cheap piece of crap similar to the one that caused starting problems on the other sx we did, changed FPR and instantly starting improved..

so yea car came to PE with alot more issues than expected, and what it went to ppr for was all done and then some...
glad its finaly getting some where, sure that this car will be very quick when its sorted

Yes Cams were a surprise delay!

That SX you did - That customer could only afford that AFPR and got what he asked for, yes a low budget AFPR. Like most are using.

Oil Cooler Kit - Yes it was a major issue, It cost me R2-00 and 3 min of my time to sort the problem out.
It was installed 100% correct, just one of the Joins needed a little thread tape.

Oh and dont forget about the Major Voltage problem........Battery needed a charge.

But yes all sorted and alll is good.
I'll be back at PPR for a Tune very soon :D

Nice to know that you are working in the PPR Customer service department, I'll forward any issues your way
