Yea, will give you a hand bud..
John and I played a bit with the Celica this afternoon. Also fitted the Greddy and went playing.
Funny thing was we always ended up on 0.7 bar ! I would adjust, play with settings, do a boost run, 1 bar all good, I would finish up and bam ! 0.7 bar !
Found I was switching the damn thing OFF after setting it up every time !
What a bloody wally !

Mmm,
My car almost let me down today.I buzzed the engine a bit and the alternator failed !
Time for an oversized pulley I think.Luckily I had the old engines alt and quickly fitted that. All hunky dory again.

So, two quarts of Redline synthetic later and the new diff is in ! Oh what a pleasure !
And it is pretty tight , obviously being brand new it should be .
No more clunking, whirring or whining ! What a pleasure.
Cheers boet, you know who you are ..!

Re: Project Greenstone.
No, not really bud. We used to get brand new diffs for the race cars and hammer them from the get go. I will take it nice and easy for few hundred kays but not much mercy..
If a diff is set up correctly its good to go.
