Drifting guys, whats the point of smashing nice rims anyway?

When Rudeboy had it, it was a fast street car that looked nice etc, so i saw the point.. now its going to be a competitive drift machine, no interior, cut up, light and smashing into things.. i dont see the point of trying to make it look nice with good wheels..

I would have kept the weds, but the tyres are double the price in comparison to 18s from the sponsor - no idea why..

It looks like dog shit now - ill agree.. but soon, it will be beautiful and very functional again.

Got to say it though - i never have experienced it as Rudeboy did - ive had shit from day one, when i bought it with a stock RB it was sh1t, when i bought the motor from Shane, its been over a year of fault finding.. one cockup to the next..

Sucks - but true, no ones fault but my own..

Prob would have been simpler to just buy a drift car than try and convert one and swop engines, and and and..

Wiring and toggles being done as we speak

Body kit wise im going for this: available at the end of the month only.



Rims are going to be painted matte black and the car will be resprayed gloss black, interior, either charcoal, or white..

May not be to everyones taste, but for the purpose i orginally bought it for, not everyone elses, i think its going to be great.

Id love to be rolling on 10j 18" Work Meisters.. but id DIE if i smashed them to pieces against the wall at the rock!!!

Its a really well built engine, and now with the strip out, lightening and race interior, it will be a proper track car!!

nah, not worried about the wall - just would be a shame to ruin some 25k rims !!

Id love to say Wednesday.. but maybe, hopefully next Weds
