Engine fitted and car drives now. Was not sure if extra hight (30mm) of RB30 would fit under bonnet, but it worked out fine. Now for mapping and running in.

It seems that i will have to map the ecu myself, since nobody can help me now. Probably not the best place to learn, on a new expensive engine.

can't G&C do it? is it because no-one has tuned one before?

Theo has left G&C

The only one RB25SX trusts to work on the Tbo

Nice work!!
Is that a Stock RB 26 fuel rail, if yes, did it need any modifications to fit the Greddy intake?

Did some mapping over the weekend, and the engine goes well. Running in at 0.4 bar up to 6000rpm.
Have to thank Tinus (HotSX) for helping saturday morning. Seems there is a SX fan everywere. Had a burst water pipe next to N1, next thing here is Tinus with his S13 and tools. Thanx !

Had the RB30 on the dyno. 280kw, 450nm @ 0.8 bar. Will take to 1.2 bar with some road mapping. See the big differance between RB30DET and RB25DET at almost the same boost. Same T66 turbo, but with .63 T3 housing on RB25 and .68 T4 housing on RB30. Same safe timing map.
Dont think VVT on RB30 was on, will make more power with better mapping.
