RUBBER SOUND-DEADENING/STIFFENING RUBBER MATERIAL.
(WHATEVER IT IS)
GOT OVER IT SO I GOT A CASUAL WORKER TO FINNISH IT.
BEST R100.00 BUCKS I'VE EVER SPENT!!
THE NEXT TEDIOUS(SPELLING) THING TO DO IS TO GRIND OUT ALL
THE SCRAPING MARKS FROM THE CHISEL(THERES MILLIONS), PAINT IT
WITH LOW FILLING PRIMER & THEN PAINT!

PREVIOUS TO THAT I BUILT FRONT ROLLERS FOR THE CAR SO I CAN MOVE THE CAR OUT THE GARAGE & WORK,
SAND OUTSIDE, ALSO TO HAVE SPACE INSIDE THE GARAGE.

WHERE THE BUMPER COMES AROUND THE CAR TO THE INSIDE OF THE
WHEELARCHES IS ABOUT 100mm TO SHORT SO THAT HAS TO BE
EXTENDED. ONE THING IS CERTAIN, THIS LADY'S GOT A BIG REAR!

AS I ATTEMPTED TO FIT THE REAR BUMPER I CAME TO A GRINDING HALT,
THE LEFT MOUNTING BRACKET BROKE OFF SO HAD TO REBUILT IT FIRST.

THE LAST LAYER OF FG, ILL FINNISH IT THIS WEEKENT!

WHERE I SEEM-WELDED THE INSIDE OF THE ENGINE BAY, THE INSIDE
ARCHES STARTED TO PICK UP RUST SO CLEANED IT & TREATED IT.
REMEMBER WHEN YOU WELD ITS IMPORTANT TO PENETRATE!
WHATEVER IT IS YOU WELDING.
