its fine,the body is straight and the engine is fine.bloody hot car you lucky,im green with envy.if you ever want to sell give me a shout.i was fast asleep on this deal.but its cool.remember,just give me a shout.

not saying its not a nice car - actually a very nice car, lotsa cool bits - just needed some tlc - steering rack rubbers, cv boots, boost gauge and a/c not working, small things, but they neeed fixing, else the car will eventaully not be nice
yea cound'nt believe, it wasnt snatched up...

What CV boot rubbers did you use?
Last time I changed my left outer boot, I bought a Nissan Almera's, (same size).

went into autozone store room and measured till i found a match, think it was for some form of nissan, still have the boxes at the workshop.
will check and let you know
steering rack boots, i used the universal jobs that you cut to get the size you want...

so stripped cam covers for powder coating today
not exactly waht i wanted to see, but i quess it gives me an excuse to forge the motor
cam covers (lotsa thick oil sludge)
cams - coverd in burnt on oil sludge (hate to think what we gonna find in the sump - yes in the sump, pulling motor in the week)
pulled head - no 5 cyl piston shows signs of damage and sleeve has some marks

All of a sudden Im glad I didnt buy the car! However, as you said...awesome excuse to go all out with the motor now!

P.S. Michelle phoned me today and told me she is bringing in a R33 also. Price will be R190 000. FYI
