Thanks guys. I will give some qualative results once I have driven the car with the upped boost.
Gary managed to drive it with the cam and boost turned up and he says it lights up the tyres all the way through second gear

... the tyres are little tho but still I'm pretty stoked and can't wait to drive it.
There are one or two issues tho. Becasue of the power now the clutch is now slipping. Its already a 4 puk copper clutch so maybe it time for a double diaphram. Also, the boost controller that I got can't react fast enough coz the turbo spools so fast. Its spiking to 1.5bar in first
Its got an exhaust leak now so that is getting fixed before I can take back possesion of it. The troubles seem to never end...

Update:
I got my car back from Gary and the Dyno this evening and WOW is all I can say its smooth with no lag. Like none at all. It just pulls. Not big power surge just this constant thrust. Its great!!
Power figure:
155rwkw @ 0.7bar boost
At 0.7 bar boost it was maxing out the injectors. The guy that Dyno tuned it reckons with the right launch it is capable of a 13.8 seconds 1/4 mile.
I'm really stoked about it! Its great to drive.
ps. Thanks, to Gary for all the hard work and advice!

yip....I must agree with Vc's sarcasm here....13.8 is a tall order...you need at least another 40-50 rwkw, even then you need a near perfect launch and some very crafty and accurate shifting and the right conditions....with semis on....maybe more realistic.

Hehe yeah I dont know this guys butt dyno at all but all they do is build drag cars (hehe is DBN where we have no drag strip). They said with the right launch and tyres it should be in the 13s. Funny thing this is constant with the guys in AUS saying 160RwKw can get you into the 13s.
My car did a 14.6 with 143RwKw up in JHB so I think down here a 160RwKw could get into the 13s.
Regardless this car does drive DAMN well, it is very smooth with no lag. I do think it will drink petrol so a decent road tune is in order to drop the AFR on the cruise.
Ryan I hope you enjoy it, hehe cant wait to see what it does at hesketh...

You might want to bump the fuel pressure just a bit because you on complete 100% duty cycle, also even if I factor in the rising rate Fuel pressure regulator or turn down the boost just a little until you can get bigger injectors
Injector size: 370 cc/min injectors (35.2 lbs/hour)
Number of injectors: 4
BSFC: 0.65
Duty cycle: 100%
This combination will supply fuel for 216 flywheel horsepower
155 RwkW to HP = 208
