Got my new turbo today Mr turbo ball bearing T61
TW15 turbine wheel(10 blade)T4-2,5 (61,7mm-74mm)
Turbine housing T3 A/R.63
Compressor wheel T61
Compressor housing A/R.70
Backplate T04E big shaft anodised
Hoping for 300kw at the least.

intake will need to come off if you ever have a master issue. but project is coming along nicely with that big ass turbo u should hit 300kw, what management you gonna run?

@ SOA intake does not need to come off as the clutch resivor can pop in and out with the intake on its place only problem is if i have to take the intake off i must take off the clutch resivor but getting an s14 one soon.

pics of the items that got sand blasted
Throttle body sand blasted aswell was stained badly
Got a bit of problem bought these injectors from antman on the forum was told its direct bolt in the rb25det fuel rail but turns out its missing the damm o-ring and pintle cap on the tip of injector does anybody know were i can get the pintle caps.
On the left is stock rb25det injector on the right is the stock rb injector moded to 740cc.

Just make sure that there is no sand particals left inside the fuel rail...... Its scary how these particals go sit in the smallest areas....

lil update
Bought a piece of billet aluminuim 100x100x20
Test fit, drilled the big hole with a 60mm hole saw an a full tin of cutting fluid lol and rounded off all the edges.
Made the two top holes counter sink to clear the throttle body
How it looks fitted
All holes was spot on really happy about that, just two more holes to drill and its done.

Had to make new fan bracket as fans sit infront of the rad now no space in front
Got some bits polished came out real nice

grinded the ar70 and m24 sign off housing to have a smooth finish
