haha I know! was just pulling your metaphorical leg. hehe

That is very very true! hahaha

I mean I got up the Sunday morning at like 9am after only getting back from Paarl at 4am  started sanding the bonnet... got carried away and started sanding the fenders and the bumper. hehe.

Then washed the car checked for any more scratches and shiny surfaces...

then drove to Mary Annes house for lunch and painted the bonnet! hehe

as you see Ryan, Fran and Mary was painting while I took pics :)

Hehe. true that man! the cops are kinda looking for my car already.

I was on a mission one night to a friend who had an accident, was gunning it past the flying squad at like 170 through the main road... might be why they don't like me :P.

Yah they have all these random little detours now. For some reason they wanna build a massive circle in the main road... people here can already not drive, now they gonna screw it up even more! idiots!

And no speed traps normally... there are only 4 spots they sit at. will show you next time you're here. and most likely only in holiday season that they camp out with the camaras...

Anyhow... laters!

Ok so the poli bushes is in! and fark me does it make a difference 0_0

Took it to gordens bay and back on sunday :D the mountain pass is fun. scary but fun! haha

The car is more responsive, more lively and just feels great, the coilovers really start doing their work now. Now I need someone to actually do a good setup on the car. Any ideas?

Otherwise the cars going good. fixed a little leak on the exhuast and figured out my oil porblem. the damn oil pressure sender was leaking. It actually came completely loose and spat my whole engine bay full of oil. at least I wasn't going fast and I stopped fast too. So hopefully didn't break anything... screwed it back in and filled the car with oil... started it and it seemed to be fine. no noises, nothing... so ja should be fine... i guess...

going to remove it tomorrow again and get some locktight or something so that it doesn't come loose again.

Next on the list is a ECU upgrade, but need to actuall get some cash in again. so just waiting for some of that parts to get sold. then gonna invest in a Nistune setup and a uprated exhuast.

Yes yes... I still need to respray the front end but alas... I like performance goodies :P

oh and I got a little JDM styling on the front of the car :) a smaller tin numberplate. looks pretty sic actually... love my small touches, hehehe

anyway this is my little update...

will post pics soon. just need to get my camera and computer together again.

Laters! :D

So my oil pressure sender came loose over the weekend... It sprayed oil all over the motor and enginebay! FFS! so I then proceeded to clean what I could and tighten the sender unit... The prob is the starter and the oilfilter is in the way to get a spanner in there to tighten it completely.

so now I'm gonna pull the motor becuase then i can clean the engine, the engine bay gearbox and the underside of the car. While the motor is out I was thinking of rechecking everything, maybe refitting the VVT gear and respraying the tappet cover pulleys and whatever els looks bad.

Also with the motor out I want to tidy up the engine bay. Remove the unessisary crap and redo the wiring ect so there isn't a mess of useless stuff! Also while doing that I want to respray the engine bay too. just plain white again though. don't want to do the black thing. wanna keep it stock and clean looking.

when all thats done refit the motor and pry it stays clean! haha

At least if everything is clean I can see if something is leaking or broken ect...

Anyway... this will happen in the next month or so! laters!
