Centre and left set will be Around R2300 Landed, That is brand new, had a look a second hand ones, and since they are a bit old, don't look to great. Second hand ones go for around R1100 for the pair

They are pricey yes, a good second hand dashboard complete with vents will set you back the exact same amount.

All depends on shipping option. Container will be the cheapest, but will take 8 weeks. EMS shouldn't take longer than 5-7 business days to arrive. Depending on weight, can be anything from R600 - R850. Shipping will always be a killer, unless you can share costs with another fellow. Individual parts ie. those vents. The cost R1350 in Japan but after shipping customs and VAT it gets expensive on its own.
