Well its hard to say, but basically shipping and customs on top of that. Shipping is about R500 and taxes of 24% on item price.

Well then there's Splitfire, also available locally. I wouldn't import 2nd hand coils, to much of a mystery and no warranty...
The plug and play Splitfire coils retail I think, for about R5500
