How long is the wait? Just wondering if its worth the risk of importing a R33 gtr and having sars come and just take it away..sucks being out in Cape Town can't even find a decent s13 with a sr20 motor

then you not looking very hard to be honest, there are loads of RB and SR S13/14 in CT and there are always ones for sale at a steal. buyers market for modded cars .

Go for a GTR if you importing, dont see he point of going through the hassle of importing for a gts or other. PLUS the GTR imports are LEGAL if the paperwork is done properly
You taking a chance with the others, SARS have not opened up imports for everything

spot on. But some don't understand that. Specially if you in the PE area.

Where can i find the list of cars that is on SARS imports.

Stuck between getting a S13 or saving a bit more for a R33

s13's and r33 are about the same price

240Z? or 260Z? or even 1969–1973 2000 GTR?

2000gt = about $60 000

I fetched my cars on Monday from Durban and I am impressed , they both are in excellant condition.

Done my Registration and licensing today , so as of today I am driving them both legally on South African roads and enjoying every moment .
