Nope, the rain cleared up, was a very nice evening. And about 3 okes from the drift club also pitched to the drifting was stacked
Yip, but we are not weather forecasters here in Pretoria. So when in doubt about weather, driving to Wesbank for nothing is not good man.

hey everyone. i heard it was raining but wasnt going to admit defeat so i went anyway. it was fun. had a blast. whiped an rx7 down the strip. and a m3 on the way home.shame no one else came.

yeah after most of the drifters said they wouldnt make it,
waddyaknow... they pitched up anyway!!!!
was a great evening dudes - you missed out!
and i saw a strange blue inside and green outside thing. the rest of it was darkish, but it was a bit blurry as it came flying past me slightly over the strip!!!
then i saw it again near the petrolsleds pub. not sure, but i think it might have been from outer space!!!!

hmmm... i dont think that i would want to be anywhere thats happening!!!
but we didnt even mention the amount of drifting happening. everyone is getting really good, and then i even made it around one corner - HA, i'm a slow learner with this, so i should be drifting like a pro in about 15 years!!!
it was a great evening. you guys should have pitched.

When was everyone drifting. i was waiting for that the whole night. then the dudey anounced the drifting would start at 9. when i went over there i only saw bruno parked there and florin parked outside petrol heads. i neva saw any drifting. when was it?

we normally drift from about 5pm until about 7/8pm at the hairpins on the track near the small oval. then we all move over to the big oval, under the lights. the official show is usually at 9pm. but nobody waits for 9pm, we all just go for it whenever there is a gap.
