Also how about we get flyers to members who are willing, and hand them out to all we know, and how about even to fellow 200SX owners we meet on the road?

We will do that for sure,im having a meeting tomorrow to finalize a date.then i'll get all the info to the guys.as soon as get the final desighn from driftz i'll get flyers made.will try and make enough so we can hand out in a big way!

I am looking forward to this one, I missed out on the last years event, but luckily my car is finished this year.

O.k guys the date is set in stone.20 november 2010!gates open at 8am.its a full day so get there early,also for the drifting guys its on!yes its organised its all fine with the rock.we planning a big program,gymkana with a twist,drag,show and shine and drifting sort of a exabition thing.keep your eyes on this thread for details.i'll post as things get sorted.thanks mr jeremy for sitting in on the meeting it helped alot.also we still need sponcers so keep it coming,anything will help.

@POWDER Don't have those pit shirts for sale but smoothedgp did try to get together another order that failed. Maybe we can try again with everyone attending hopefully getting one?

O.k i'll try another order.plus we need to pay the rock 5k before end of next month.the rest we will pay on the day.so we still need some sponcers.so pull in some favours guys.

Smooth just wanna make sure about the picture here.....The Rock is having an event the same day as we hire the track for a function....or am I loosing the plot here....

No the rock isnt having a event that day.we took the track for the day.its us only.we are inviting other car clubs,only jap cars hence the name japfest.we are doing drift,show and shine,time trials/gymkhana and drag.its going to cost R150 bucks to enter all the events its up to you how many events you want to take part in.everybody comes in for free,but we need to charge for the events to recoop the 8k charge from the rock.there will be prizes for the winner of each event plus a prize for overall winner.aswel as trophies for the top 3 places in each event.hope that cleared it up a bit guys?
