Yes....if it's ok with everyone I saggest we go via the R21 to the Rock because of time constraints

We'll have to decide cause R21 means parking north.

No....we park south, we use allandale to get to the R21....

12h30 sounds good, I'll be there. How do you get to R21 from Allandale? Just a warning about R21 - due to the construction and the closeness between the opposite lanes of the R21, the chances are quite good that your car will get hit by a rock flying from the opposite lane. This happened to me in December:

We can use allandale through kempton then we get on the R21 at emperors palace where we then follow the R21 to the Witbank offramp, where we join there is no heavy traffic works like before kempton, double roads.
I am just thinking of what happened last time when we took the scenic route on the N1.

But we can talk at maxis and decide from there.....

How was the last run?

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was pissing rain....on the way there, thaught there would be no way we would have the event, got there and it was a very cool night, the storm misses the rock.....Tim must have paid some sort of compensation....don't know how the storm missed the track.....

I must say, of all the times I was at the rock, it was great, but this time it was awesome............X20!!!!!!!!!!!!
The drag track is in the middel of the oval running down to the bottom, only 200m....no 1/4 mile, aparantly MSA did not allow a 1/4 mile.....but still 200m was great, you need very small gear ratios to get to forth....

Charl's car just jumps out of the blocks, our first race I did not get my revs high enough and he jumped more than a car length on me....it was astonishing.....I just waved.....from there I had a few races and got the launch right, our next race went better, but he was still a slight nose ahead....let me tell you, his car impressed me, I did not expect that....compliments Charl....very impressive....

Had some nice runs, Toyota MR2, some hotted up toyota corola, hotted golf...can't remember if there was more.

There was some fast cars, Dana Jordaans GX....no contest....he ruled, a black capri with a V8....awesome....he kicked arse, an orange capri with a 1jz...fast, a old RX7....wow....., a S 14 with a gazillion killer wats that was just killed....he had almost Zero traction...., a honda vteck I think and a conquest.....let me tell you, these to had a surptize for you....they were unbelievebly fast....there was some sereous power under those hoods....the rest was medeoker fastish street cars....

There is some good news for the club.....but I will leave that for Toby to announce....
All and all, the greatest time I had at the Rock!!!!!!!!!

I won got a much better pull off....but Charls clutch gave up in 3rd I think.....if his clutch was working I think it would have been close....like the 2nd run....don't know.....I tell you, Charls car halls ass....out of the blocks it is HOLY SHIT!!!!

And I must add...the 3 RED CAR convoy to the rocks.... ROOI IS MOOI!!!!!

Ill tell you this much Derik if that track was longer you and that S14 would have overtaken me long before the 1/4 mile mark.
