Ye you are the funniest on the forumwidowmaker wrote:i once threw a beer can at my car

I suppose I'll relate my feelings on the topic as well; it's rather interesting and frightening to hear of all these potential problems.
When my clutch started slipping badly I drove it on the highway where a n00b in a 200 merc slk started fooling around with me. As he pulled of at the next off-ramp and flashed me one last time I felt some awesome level of pride that I could actually keep up with such a marque. Then of course my clutch gave way completely and after spending 45minutes in the SUN the AA had to tow me to the clutch shop who happened to smash my windshield in the process of fixing the clutch [don't ask, it doesn't get any more clear].
That day I learned that I am addicted to boost and the simple experience of driving a turbo rwd. I also caught a first glimpse into the world of owning a sports car/modded import, suddenly you are basically a cash-cow with dripping full udders of cash.
Seeing as it is a performance car out of guarantee maintenance is going to be a concern. I can agree with what everyone has said so far but I want to add that you should sell if it will make you happier. The stress you are enduring is caused by the knowledge and realisation that you are going through a tough frustrating time & that you might have to make a big decision. I have this stress on a daily basis coz I'm crazy

Finding friends like the people here provides the support that you might need, and work on your patience, or take Syndols, you can later recover from the possible side effects. Eventually the car has to be rather stable under normal conditions, i.e. if you don't get screwed around and sort out all the kinks.
If something brakes its a good excuse to upgrade instead of just replacing, cost is relative. Other than an enormous amount of alcohol what is really going to be worth spending so much money on? New paint in the living room? A few stocks? A new golf club set? Last time I checked nothing (F15's/Skylines excluded) compares to my 200sx

Of course time will tell..and the "new" 350Z's are continually being depreciated, always an option

ps, I personally wouldn't delete any posts, the warning could've been fine IMO; and the whole experience at least transparent, but I'm also a nutter for free speech & expression of emotion as well as thoughts so who cares. I'm more peeved off that I missed something

Yes, but I meant any aircraft, lots of G's there and no track to speak of.Dislex666 wrote:what a fooking moutful!
well said tho - unfortunately the boost bug bit me REALLY hard.. i'm gonna take a couple years to recover... heheheheh
what you mean F15? you mean like the fighter jet?
We'll have to stick together to recover from the boost bug

It's true what you saying about finding support in friends... reading all the inspiration from the forum and after helping Toby with his car I felt inspired just wanted to spring back into fixing her... so at the moment, I'm not as fed up as I was
But I'm still very concerned about the problem.
