Hi Bruno, sorry I missed you, I would have loved to see you on the track.

You turned my smile around a bit with your comment "not like some of our dear 200SX club friends", you know, I would love to push my car around the track sideways, but this is my only car, if it stands I sit without wheels and my life turnes upside down, for someone that can afford that thair car can stand while they spend 20 30 or 50 grand to fix her up again after a crash or a blown motor or whatever, drifting is a small risk to take, for guys like me, it is a risk I am not prepaired to take.

Ask Florin what he said happened to his RX 7, at least he had the R33 for backup, I don't, so I will smile and enjoy every moment seeing you guys do it, spend even more time wishing I could take the risk, but in the end, watching is all I can do.....respect and understand me and the guys in the same situation as me please, don't make it unpleasent!

@ Florin - thanks very much for organising the drift day. it was awesome, and i saw many enthusiastic drifters there. wed afternoon? becoming a regular thing, hope the guys have plenty of tires! i'll be there!

@Bruno - "not like some of our club friends" - some people cant afford it, or afford it when things go wrong!

i say respect to everyone who was there. without ppl showing interest, this thing would never take off.

now back to the track!!!

i couldn't believe that our s13's with stock suspension and geometry setup understeers so much.

the faster you go into a corner the more it pushes the nose straight.

so i am going to do my damndest to get coilovers, mags and tires in the next little while!

i already have replaced bushes with polyurethane, so the coilovers will make a huge difference, but then must look at custom suspension arms too.

Sorry Derek_Son if i touched your feelings  , i didn't mean like that :(
But you guys could at least stay a bit longer even with the rain, i would have conviced you and all the others to get into it...
Ask Jay_Boy he already had packed to go home and i managed to convice him to finished his tires first and then he could leave :? .

You have no idea my power of persuasion  i garantee you if i found you there you would be in the rain with me and Snooby.

Don't take it so personal you are big man

Same aplies for Veeeceeee.
Dam boys this thing really touched you uhn!!!
It sounds to me like regret or guilty conscience  i'm quite sure this is killing you guys inside.

I can garantee that none of your cars would had broke by drifting on the rain, you only need 35% of your engine power thats probably what you use when you are parking your car to the garage

Replax peeps don't take this so seriuosly i'm just teasing.

Lets all sign a peace treat and be happy :P

nah i'm not so touchy about that!!! i'm touchy about the fact that i was out there, and nobody seemed to notice.

yes i didnt try as hard B-Jay_boy (just kidding man) actually i'm just jealous!!!

i did manage to drift on my way out of the place once the rain had started!!! the little hairpin on hte way out was NO match for my pathetic driving skills!!!

the poly bushes were bought from www.summitracing.com with free shipping to a friend who was in the states. he got them through the airport without extra duties - so in total it was about 750 for the complete kit. thats poly bushes for both sway bars, for the steering rack, and every suspension bush on both the front and back.

i've also had great results from replacing the sloppy rubber steering column bush with one that i had made at my engineers! steering is now very direct.

check out rezlo's site for poly bushes. also maybe check out volkspares in jetpark. they import poly bush kits for many vw's, but they should have access to the whole catalgoue (i think they get prothane bits).

No probs Bruno, it just sounded a bit cocky, you are right, it has to do with the fact that we want to so badly but the risk.....
