there is that mall about 10 min from the rock on that main road i think its called snake road not to sure but its right by the off ramp on the high way thet goes past eastrand mall..

Is that Lakeside/Lakeview mall??
Good place to stirr up in the early morning.
would be great to see the reactions on ppls faces when 30 odd SX pull in...

i wasnt thinking of lakeside mall but thats also good option bigger space..

honestly would be better to stirr some emotions in people around east rand mall. There is alot more people around east rand mall. So what time we going to the rock and what time do we have to be there???

Thanks to some unforseen sicumstances i will not be attending in my MR2... but in an old green Nissan sentra. but ill still be with the convoy.. (far behind)

The meet for the guys in the East is the East Rand Mall.
I thought Lakeside would be good to meet the convoy from PTA so all 3 joinup before the venue.

Well if everyone from PTA comes down the R21 you drive directly into the East Rand Mall. Is the meeting there still at McDonalds?

Would be cool if all can meet there...

Not to sure where the mall is exactly, but is it before or after the Great North OffRamp? Coming from pta?
Is there not something at the N12/Great North Crossing?

If we stick to the planned PTA convoy route, we can easily meet up at Lake side mall - it's straight down Great North road. So I think that's a good option! East Rand Mall is well out of the way so that's not a great option.

But 6am?? Geez dudes! Ok, well if the PTA boys are up for that, then let's meet at the Engen by 6am and leave there by 6:30am.

And Charl, you're far better off sticking in a convoy than going solo, in case you need help. I don't plan on going fast anyway with my boost leak

So you should be at the Lake Side mall about 7ish.
Get there, chill and wait for the other convoys to pull in.
Leave when all is ready.

Will amend my previous post with the added times for the pta guys and final meet at Lake side before heading to the Rock.

Freddy asked me what it was going to cost to go in, I know to take part in the "racing" is R250....but for our club...was there any mention what it would cost us to go in to the rock?
