Thanks Riekert!
Well as follows:
Parts:
Sleeves @ R67.20 x 4 = R268.80
Labour:
Resleave @ R382.80 x 4 = R 1531.20
Grind of Cranks Journals R83.36 x 9 = R750.24
Skim Flywheel = R140.00
VAT @ R376.63
Total = R3066.87
So why I like doing things my self, labour is always the expensive bit. In this case I can't
Sorry for the breakdown of the prices, just putting it in so that if somebody wonders what a specific thing costs they will be informed

I just checked and unfortunately not, I could take some when I start to resemble but that could be a long while off not sure how soon do you need it.
I do remember tho that the one in the middle pointing up goes to the IACV and there is a return line on that too, the long one on the right going down of the picture goes to the throttle body. Which also has a return. The two bigger ones going round the back are for the heater, but there is a little one splitting off that goes to the turbo cooling line.
This is a good thread with lots of pictures, read to the bottom as he made a mistake first time, I am sure this will help you out.

Will probably have to take out the intake to get to most of those hoses.

Yes on the S13 SR you will have to, believe me I tried fixing a leaking water hose with the manifold on, many many hours and lots of swearing, I eventually got a clamp in to hold it.

In the white box is a full timing chain kit.
