So fitted the exhuast last hite when I got home from work... sounds nice.
idling is good ish... sounds like it has a misfire sometimes though...
This morning I got up and started searching for that rattle.
And I found it!! its the damn bracket holding on the alternator... it didn't have a bolt in... so every time the engine vibrates on a certain pitch... it starts to rattle... fixed it and then I heard the second problem... My BOV is leaking... it doesn't close properly??
I connected it to the vacuum hose like every one said but for some reason the BOV doesn't close in vacuum. You rev the car. (not even in boost) it dumps and then doesn't close.
Any Ideas?

Yes, set the screw, tighten it, it forces the spring down on the shaft making it harder for the vacuum to open it, also oil the shaft now and then...just moisten it with thin oil.

mmm... will take it apart and post pics.
I didn't see that it had a screw like that... so not sure how to adjust it.

Not all dumpvalves are adjustable.... (with screw)
But all Dumpvalves can be adjusted
Step 1 : unscrew dumpvalve
Step 2 : Remove spring
Step 3 : Insert washer, big enough so spring sits on top of washer.(piston side )
Step 4 : Replace Spring
Step 5 : Screw back together.
