Hey Charl...good job with the rear end. I need to do the same on the 300. I need to replace all the bushes as well, were any of them a bugger to remove, I know one of them has sleeve which does not come with the energy kit...I think? Did you have to burn out any of them?
Whats the going rate to powder coat all those parts.

All of them were kak to get out

I pressed them out but you still need to cut out a sleeve here and there.
Powder coating were R450.

I am dreading doing that job, I dont have a press so I will burn the rubber bush out, will definately have to powder coat after the heat treatment to prevent rust.
So whats next on your build, why you opened up the diff....was it faulty or you just wanted to whats inside...ha ha ha.

Hey Charl...looking neat and clean daar onder...we going to have to flip your car on its roof to really appreciate all the work you have done underneath
It gives one a good feeling to know all is bright and clean chassis wise even though its not always visable....going to do similar work.
