OK, So here we go, the first in a long series......

Steering Bush

Image

Old Turbo Feed, was running through the zorst mani and I didnt feel safe with it like that, so......
Image

New Turbo Feed with Teflon inner, handles upto 250deg temp....
Image

New Clutch Master Cylinder from a Ford Telstar.... Gives crap loads of space for the Greddy Intake. I decided to do this one rather than the Hard Body one for the remote tank system.
Image

New Bottle should hold ample fluid
Image

More to come....

Continued .. . .

As I may have told you, My oil screw broke off after a slightly stupid move of putting a wrench to an adapter fitting, thus the end result ended up as.....
Image
Image

So I went and imported this little pretty thing.... :domo:
Image

Included a new oilpressure switch
Image

And vouala (If thats how you spell vouala)
Image

More to come . . .

Continued . . .

I decided to fit a 10 row Oil Cooler to aid in cooling the oil down when drifting
Image

I decided to put it in the front right bumper area, but as the window washer bottle was there, it had to go...
Image

A quick check to see if it will fit.....
Image

.... and then came the vents, not so tidy or pretty, but who's gonna look at that anyway...
Image

Not such a mission to mount it either... and sits nicely....
Image

A few Alu plating mounts did the trick...
Image

Then I needed a few braided hoses and some hydrolic fittings...... Ye made my own hoses up, wanted the correct lengths and enough to do this

combo Oil Cooler and Oil Filter relocation...
Image

Fitted the relocator and Greddy filter where the fuse box used to be located.... Easy reach was the point...
Image

Connected up the hoses.....
Image

And there it is....
Image
And yes I also fitted the oil catch tank...

To be continued once again . . . .

Continued again....

Got a new oil catch tank.... Yey... But where to put it ?
Image

So I figured I would put it where everyone puts thiers.... Then I figured this could be bad seeing as the pipes would run directly over if not

touch the turbo or downpipe.... Oil Hose / Heat . . . . Ua ua....
Image

So I decided to swop it arround next to the intake side, much better.... No heat to burn pipes or oil...
Image

Still to be further continued once more . . . .

Hey Dude, like $170 or somthing if I remember correctly..... I will need to check for you....

Total cost was like R4K or R5K though for everything on the relocation / oil cooler settup

Another continuation....

As you can see, the Coil Pack doesnt look too pretty at the front there, but this was always a temporary mission....
Image

So I made a nice bracket for it and mounted it on the firewall...
Image

And there you can see it, unfotunately only place it would fit and still look good...
Image

Ye ye, to be continued once again.....

I was getting irritated with my break lines looking so sh!+ after removing the ABS pump....
Image

So I went a picked up a few new pipes and fittings....
Image

And tested out my new bender and flairing tool....
Image

Then mounted my line locker and started with the new break lines...
Image

Another continuation . . .

You will notice lots of bends where you may wonder what they are for and why... Well lets just say it's to ensure the greddy intake will fit

withought rubbing with the motor torque...
Image

Image

Image

Image

Image

Well All done now and looking good... Taking up much less space while looking neat...
Image

And yes, more continuation to follow
