Just a quick update on where we are regarding organising the event...
- Final measurements will be taken on site tonight at the Rock for proper allocation of stands for clubs
- Meeting Anne of the Rock Raceway tonight to finalise logistics and sorts
- Layouts of the abovementioned will be completed and uplaoded to the various forums (Thanks Captain)
- Programme for the day has been finalised by Zookie, just need to allocate who will be helping out on the day (still awaiting response to my request on this thread)
With only 10 days to go, we are on track (excuse the pun) with the organising of the event and hope to attract a much larger crowd than last year and I am sure that more fun will be order of the day!!!!

Convoy lists
North/PTA:
The convoy will start at the Shell garage on the corner of Church str and Transoranje in Pta West for all of us on this side of Pta. Then we will pull through to the Sasol garage in Lyttleton just to meet all the Centurion Guys. The Japfest convoy will leave from the Shell garage at 07:00 am sharp and drive thru to Sasol we will leave there no later than 07:45 am. All that want to attend Japfest is welcome no matter what you drive.

yeah possibly but considering riding convoy... choices choices. Just so everyone from all areas know where to go. Lakeside should be quite cool. On a nice clear day the roof will be best - used to work there and the roof early in the morning is just about deserted till 9:00am and then just a few cars anyway - Suggest far side of the roof (towards voortrekker str not Tom Jones Rd) there is a piece of parking deserted most of the day (furthest away from the door)
