ZOMG...

So i finally mustered up the courage to klap the 'knoppie' this morning - nice clear road. Car had been driving for like 30 minutes, so it was warm enough.

It went thru 2nd gear so fast that I forgot to change gears (you kinda get into a sub conscience habit of timing the gear shifts)

By the end of 3rd I was shocked to say the least. It's INCREDIBLY smooth, the boost ramps up very nice

(calibrator does boost by rpm - so it doesn't hit 22 psi too early, which could cause traction issues)

Very nice drive!

Well done Mr calibrator :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D 8)

dude, thats excellent news. it means your gearbox is in and all is running well!!!
awesome, so is the drag ladder challenge back on???

and lastly - either you giving us too much info about your bathroom habits, or you calling calibrator a knoppie???

Heh - knoppie = highboost knoppie (in case anyway was wondering :P)

As for dragging... I'm a bit scared. Think i'm gonna give it a skip for now. I was very lucky with getting the gbox sorted so fast (and pretty cheap too) I won't be so lucky next time.

yeah that was hectic, i saw the gearbox shaft at knoppie's place!!!

twisted right off - you weren't using trackbite by any chance. i've heard that its good stuff, but when your traction cant break, then usually something else has too!!!

well its good that its all running sweet again!
