your car might be good buddie, but you still gotta have the skills.....
I like it when people talk big before the cars even hit the street however time will tell.

jap spec wrote:Hey guys, i dont mean to be rude, nasty or an arsehole....but there aint gonna be no SR2.0DET thats gonna be better than mine.....thats s14, s15, s13....It is not physically possible.......the motor can push up to 3 bar, and run over 600 horses....

If someone else is gonna have a similar motor......awesome.....we just gonna have that much more fun....
Mnr..

I rarely do this but *we're not worthy! =bow= * :P

I would just love to see this car. The bill might be a bit scary but who cares.

Let us know what your schedule is going to be when you are here, I'm sure many of the guys would like to see your car & a little get together.

If you can, on thursday night some of us are going to tarlton for some practice on the strip. It's going to be fairly quiet due to the cold which is a good thing. :) More runs than you would ever get at wesbank.

What about me!!!!
But seriously with this overheating thing I'm now sure the head gaskets is damaged..Luckily I have a cometic head gasket lying around, and some ARP headstuds.
Quinsley I think that car is going to be a drift machine!!
That's what it's build for-not dragging some tappet nissan bakkies!

Guys, i aint meaning to sound like a dick in the last post, but im not building the car to run in a line, nor trying to get the highest power figures....the point of this build is to have something that looks like it came from DK himself, and has the power to back it up....I want somwthng on that level...and a full car...not just power, but all the suspension and everything else that goes with it...

When you guys check the car, you'll know what i mean.... aint trying to make me sound like a hero, but you guys know the deal...takes time and money this game....taken 3 years to build this car....i wnat it right...who wouldnt....

As for the shows, the car was suppose to be at the last castrol show but wasnt ready yet....It will definantly be at the Import parts stand next year, if i dont smash it.....can show the guys out there what a real drift car looks like

i know of someone (no names) who say that the s13 will never be a proper drift car. basically called it "training wheels"!!!

well, if it is....i got better training wheels than him....anyway, the only training thats gonna happen is him getting taught a lesson....the s13 chassis is awesome for drifting and as i said, if the jap guys are happy, so am i..... We got 2 s14's and i still prefer the s13...
