It wasn't the CA that failed me....it was the parts around it...my no. 3 injector blocked on my 1km run and pop went the weasal....it could have happened with a porche engine too...sr...2j whatever...and um....don't think getting rid of a CA will get you less problems...many engines fail when doing what we do...it's not if...it's when...

LMFAO!!! It was coming REAL close to it! Starting from the ass!
Took the motor out and apart last night, didn't have the right tools to take off the head bolts thou. Crank wouldn't turn for shit! But in great condition. Seems the bearings were the wrong sizes. Clutch is also completely useless. Cam tensioner needs to be replaced, etc etc... Also, need a new turbo, the one I got is proper f**ked!

start from the bottom up inside out you wont regret fitting those new piston/rods/bearings whatever later on. Like I now wished I fitted forged pistons when the motor was redone. good luck and slat some pics again.
