A long time ago i had a Briggs and straton engine in a gocar that seezed up,I took a big wrence(bobejaan spanner) and got it losse it ran perfectly for the next year

Well, I think the problem is, that my no4 bigend has got some problems, but like you said, we had an old lister motor, gave it new bearings, didnt want to turn, we had to connect it to a Trekkers PTU, it started, Its been pumping water on our farm everyday ever since, thats now almost 12 years, so for me, its the sam, My timing is fine, I checked all my torque settings, and no4 bigend was everytime the issue, it turned if I torqued it, but very difficulty, so I think, new bearings, new rings, new cambelt tensioner, makes it stick a bit, and hope if I let it turn a bit, then it will be fine!

Did you give the bearing some volksie grease before you put it in

lol, nope, did the rebuild alone, will see what happens tonight, I am not to worried what happens to the motor, was a temp fix for japfest in anycase

Oky, so for anyone that maybe want to know, motor is still stuck, nothing I did worked, so motor is coming out..... And not going back in again!
