Just a update.we still need sponcers need 2 more prize's and still short 2,5k for the venue.any help on this will be great.come on guys let's make this a great day!

HOW ABOUT< EVERYBODY IN THE CLUB PAYS A FIFTY INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND WE WILL SEE WHO ARE THE REAL CLUB MEMBERS???>
THAT WAY WE DONT NEED ANY MORE SPONSORS IF THEY ARE NOT MAN ENOUGH TO COME TO THE PARTY!!!!

So you want 50 members to pay and in effect be at the function, cant see that happening. Would be great though. But 50 running sx's in one spot at the same time. ish

if not why not. If they dont come in their SX why not come in another jap vehicle and they can come and drool over the rest?

Sorry to say i agree with charl.im a very positive guy but that's asking alot.the record is 24sx's.that said im sure we can beat that this year.i meen there is enough time for everybody to prep,get leave,paint theire toenails and bath the dog.so no excuse will work.we need numbers people we dont want to look like a mickey mouse club infront of all the other clubs.all events will have a R50 entry fee,to cover venue costs,printing etc...the change will go to a charity on behalf of the 200sx club and its members.so come on guys pull finger and get us some prize sponcers. Also i got us a sponcer for jumping castel's for the kiddie's so bring the family for a great day out'

My ideas and views:
1. The Club will need to represent properly. Nice T's maybe a part sponsor maybe? SX owners are poor ok
2. Gymkhana is better than burnout. love it!
3. Show and shine always a favourite!
4. I know one of the guys that run the Honda forum. last meet they had was 120 hondas! So we gotta do this in huge numbers!
5. how about a photographer to take some pics of you and your ride at a good price. (Don't know any photographers) but it would help our favourite forum if we had some nice pics in a gallery maybe some pics on the track (wall paper style) Then we can put up some of our own real cars in our banner at the top of our forum.
will post if I think of more stuff.

Now thats what im talking about,twin cam club,honda guys,scooby guys,import knights.big numbers.i know we all broke but come on one big event to say good bye 2010.love the photo idea and i agree gymkana is always fun.the trick is sponcership so guys pull your contacts together,pull in a favour,sell your mother inlaw what ever!but make a plan.speak to your tuners,supply'rs who ever anything helps.we can even offer the sponcers a stand to show theire products etc...

OKAY SO I KNOW TWO PHOTOGRAPHERS WILL HOOK UP WITH THEM( BOTH LADIES ) AND SEE WHAT I CAN ORGANISE. ILL SPEAK TO KOBUS FROM BUDLER' YES I KNOW HE DOES BM'S BUT HE DYNO ED MY SX AND IT IS RUNNING GREAT.

i study and am good friends with a free-lance photographer for car magazine, who is also a japanese car nut (especially sx's, gtr's fd's etc) and im sure he would love to be involved etc

okay i took the liberty of booking the photographer, she has booked her calendar as well.
so how much do we still need for booking the rock.
I think if they give us a bit of discount we can hold it in conjunction with them. also makes it more competitive!!

Definately up for the drift session, Gymkhana to, can we drift the Gymkhana?

Toby, still have pit shirts for sale? Can we get some done if there isn't any? Over priced shirts could help nicely with funding....
My boet should have his CA18DET Sentra ready for the drags too by then.
Cant promise sponsors but will try get ...
