Both vehicles still street legal.
Both vehicle at sponsors currently being fitted with Nos and some minor engin mods.
Is the 2nd Opel faster then Nasen?

How is it possible that a street trim car can run in the 9's on the street and possily where :? ,Im not saying you bull shitting us but it does seem far fetched  ,If you are running those sort of times then you should really go to the track and reward your sponsers with the exposure they deserve
I got a feeling this tread is going to get out of hand soon

Gentlemen.
Does any1 know what it takes to drop 1.3 sec on a quatermile?
That is how far behind I am, and thats a long way. And as for street cars, make a turn on a Saturday night at Alberton, and u'll c fast cars. I'm talking about guys doing 9.5 and below with registrered vehicles, and not V8's; golfs, opels, honda 2000. There was a supra that touched 9 flat but after hitting a sign board, its only scrap metal now.

I must be reading wrong !!! You do 9.8 1/4 mile and need to drop 1.3 sec to be competitive ?? Dude you dont need to run 8.5 to get noticed, in a street car nogal. What tyres do you use when you street race to get down to those times?

Currently I'm running on Perelli P2000. They seem to give the most contact for the pull away and the grip during the race is great. Handling is great as well.
The time, yes I'm competitive, but I want to be the fastest. Maybe I should try new or better cars. Tell me, is the Rb25det motor as powerfull as people say? Will it make a good racing motor? Or should I stay with 4cylinder motors?

Think you should stay with 4 cyl opels, you will never run 10 sec 1/4 mile with a RB and Pirelli P2000 tyres.
