I think you give him too little credit, he didnt just have no handbrake, he had no brakes on the rear right due to a blown seal! Luckily they managed to plug the brake line to at least keep the rest working.
I loooved the low speed initiations he did as a result
Slow S14 entrance at 50kph ---> Clutch kick ---> Smoke ---> 100kph exit speed...

yeah it was funny to otto struggle when charel was in front, cos he was so slow, and then suddenly have to play catch up in the middle!!!
and congrats to bruno too! he fought a big battle there!
