Hey guys, anyone found any pricing on Softec yet or a place that regularly stockis it?
From autozone I get Edge 10w60 @ R185 for 5l
Mobil 1 0w40 I can get for R310 for 4l but they hardly ever have reliably
My car is still running the Valvoline that Snail put in after my bearing job, not sure what it was, but I will be changing soon as its done about 3500 kms

I get mine from midas, Its right around the same price as edge.
Which reminds me, my K&N filters finnaly arrived for the RB's
time for an oil change. yay

Castrol TXT Softec LL01 R49.95/L @ Midas. They were only available in 1 L bottles. I bought 4L, but havent used it as yet. Had to use up remainder of my old oil (Sport Edge) I was using first. Next oil change will get this treat.

Yip also found it at midas... but only in 1Ltr bottles
I actually want to contact Castrol help line and ask them why I cant get 5ltr bottles anywhere

it only comes in 1L i think, that pic i posted is a 1L bottle, ive never seen it in 5L's anywhere.

Ok... Wonder why? Isn't that oil some sort of fill'm'up additive? of some sort...
Weird that one doesn't get 5L or 4L bottles...

Dont know why they dont sell it in 4 or 5L Bottles, even the Vw and Audi dealers keep them in 1L's on their shelves.
It definatly isnt an additive. its just only sold in 1L bottles
