with a big grin on my face leaving two very long black lines behind

running 225 18's, also have a boost controller fitted so i'm usually in low boost= 0.8bar making +- 260kw and 400nm

p.s these figures was with the old t61 bush turbo, no dyno yet since change to GT35

12.3sec 1/4 was run on 225/50/15 BF goodridge semis with loads of wheelspin, hence ive just ordered a set of Mickey Thompson ET streets 235/60/15 the extra traction from those should see me into the 11's on my current setup. might have the new forged motor running before the next meeting tho. hoping for alot more power then: closer to 600HP and 800NM

Dont you think its gonna be a bitch to take it sideways???

I mean huge heavy engine in the front...loads of tire shredding...smoke pop pop pop...

or aren't you into the drifting thing?

Ja I saw that too but there is a bit more weight all round in the R31.

I think its gotta be insanely hard drifting a s13 with a RB25DET conversion. I know Ian struggled with his s14 and thats easier than a s13.

But anyway...your setup looks awesome mate and I'd love to feel the g's in your car!

Top Stuff!

Not sure that it would be insanely hard. I do understand that the s13 under steers and that the extra weight upfront wont help, how ever with a good set of coil overs and the strut bars would help alleviate sum of that. With the extra power, when you get into the corner you can use the power to get it to slide(obviously once the weight shift begins). So initiation of the drift plausible. Where i think it gets tricky once you are sideways with all that power the throttle control becomes interesting. especially when the boost hits in this monster!!
