Killarney’s NEW PIT facility will host the first streetracing show of its kind
including a PARKOFF & SOUNDOFF.
The racing side of the
event will start with drags practice from 9am followed by ELIMINATION DRAGS to
determine who is Cape Town best streetdrager in
each Capacity class while the sun sets on Cape Town. Then over at the oval side of the
circuit there will be a gymkhana running from 9am till 3pm, after that the
DRIFTING practice and competition will take place. This will however be
interrupted with some Regional Main Circuit racers doing a demo (known as the 8
Lap Chase Event ) on the Half Main in their highly modified machines. The
evening will end off with the final drifting competition promising to bring out
the top drifters including an Imported Japanese Judge

I don't understand our provincial government, they run all these anti-speeding campaigns and are actively fighting against street racing yet they don't even seem to think of building us a track... Maybe its there is just too much effort involved...
