Thanx Daniel, ill try that tonight. Im yust wondering how much boost pressure the FPR can handle before i tear the diafram?

Yes that was what I was saying, the plenum(intake man) goes straight to the FPR, that is how mine is connected now...., remember as your boost increase petrol preasure and petrol needs to increase aswell...

just connect from the plenum straight to the FPR, it works fine like that. Its just a hot start solinoid. Just remember to block off the vac pipe that runs to the Turbo intake pipe as it will suck in un-metered air through there otherwise
Danny while you busy with all the cute pics, be so cute  as to show us a pic of how the connection at the pressure solonoid valve looks like....

Ive connected the intake straight to the FPR with only my boost gauge in between. Its better but still a bit of stuttering atleast its drivable. Im boosting 0.6bar now.

Ok....0.6 is still standerd so you should be fine, if you want to increase the fuel pressure on the standard FPR....let me know and I will tell you how.

Ive got a idea of how to do the increase but i would rather let it be done whiles the car is connected to the right meters and on a dyno. I would like to meet up with you and maybe have a peek at your settup if posible.

Ok...if you want to set it on the dyna you need a after market pump and FPR....they can increase the FP with a chip....but only as far as the fuel pump allows..

We can meet up....I stay in rietfontein....let me know then we can orginise.

Did buy a adjustable FPR yesterday, payed 450skille. No name brand but the construction looks good, gauge and everything. Will fit it over the weekend.

Charlvdw, I reconnected mine, used the pipe between FPR and intake manifold, T'ed that to the butterflies, I did not use the pressure valve at the turbo side, I have changed my mind on disconnecting it, read the thread 4 port VS 8port
