I have been to a couple of spots at hartes, but it had very bad sand roads.

Hi Jaco, do you think it is a good idea to wait for them to come back to you, I can almost bet that they won't come back to you, sorry if I sound pushy but there is not much time left and we can not afford to find out 3 days before the event that we gave no place to hold the event.
