Good food, great coffee... and not too pricey if you don't eat too expensive... I normally just take a muffen an coffee, fills me up (but a toffee and 7 cups of coffee can fill an elephant)

I'm cool with the 17th as well.
it doesn't matter where. I don't own an SX anymore, so I can afford to eat more then twice a week.

Ok, 17th it is! I see lots of objections to McD's even though the proposed alternatives are mostly burgers anyways. But regardless, Mugg & bean is good, so if anyone OBJECTS to mugg & bean (for health or wealth reasons), let me know. Venue will be decided soon.

Well make your vote for anywhere but midrand otherwise it seems the rest of us are gonna end up at the n1 shell ultra city or petroport
midrand is not so bad, imagine a run to rectron & sahara
but they have to be open.
the chuckleberries in randburg (close to cresta) is on the same property as mcdonalds and a drive drive nandos. so that gives you a pretty good choice.

Let's not forget that this is just an informal get-together for socialising purposes. So the venue and menu is not *that* important!
That being said, any violent objections to East Gate Mall? Otherwise I think that's a nice central place and we can choose to go see the Rock Raceway after that, or those interested can go to the dyno thing happening in Jet Park.
