i sometimes refer to my sx as the go-kart now!!!
Got Whiteline Poly bushes all round just no solid steering bush (mine is still fine).

My car is stiff and direct but not a go-kart (thank goodness), probably because its not as low as yours.
Where did you get those and where to get them fitted, Oh and Price on each?

I got them from Whiteline in Aus, they do international deliveries so no problem there. Check their site for prices.

Folks you are looking at the remains of the T25 that was in my original build... Something clearly got in there and mashed up that turbine... My question is, how on earth did this happen?

On another note, my current turbo decided it was time to leave the SX and seek greener pastures, I caught the sucker just before it escaped, some bolts got loose, I Loctite'd 3 of the bolts that I could reach, still need to do one, couldn't start the grinder at 8PM to create me a stumpy spanner.... I just hope nothing got damaged, will find out tonight.

Here is a Calibrator Turbo Venturi, which I still need to fit, having a hardtime getting around sourcing the tubing to finish the job.

If you dont put locking tabs on the nuts that hold the turbo on, it will keep coming off.

Aaaah engine run in is 99% complete 70Km to go :D to 2000KM

Actually I need to change to synthetic at 2350KM but, I think it will be better on the turbo to do it now.... Downside is its another Filter and Oil... Darn $$$

Why only at 2350km?? Thought you meant to run the motor in for 1000km on mineral and then change to your normal oil??

Yeah that is what most people do... I read up on it quite a bit, the pro's reckon 2000KM to change to full synthetic

Most guys also say nurse the engine the first 1000km, but then your rings don't set, it needs load and some boost to set perfectly...

I tried to keep below 0.3 bar boost and variable load for the first 1000km after that I drove normally, giving it good now.

Car just needs a good tune up now then she'll be 100% think the car is running way to rich but Calibrator will sort that out, think my timing isn't 100% as well.

another thing that I might need to do is get a surge tank for my petrol, blerry thing keeps starving when fuel load is low and sliding through a right hand corner.

When it going for dyno tune??

Mine does the same thing, I can hear the pump groan when I hook it hard or park on a slope.
