As discussed...

You need to manufacture your downpipe so that it places a "separator" between wastegate flap and exhaust wheel outlet, in your case you will have a wastegated flange, you might even try and get a proffesional to weld in a separator in there, then manufacture your screamer with your down pipe.

Like this almost.

Result, standard internal wastegated turbo with screamer.

Screamer pipes sound terrible, if your going to diverge the wastegate atleast plumb it back into the exhaust again.
Plus going through all that trouble for a internally gated turbo....

He wants a screamer....has internal wastegated turbo...plus...plumbing it back into the exhaust limits you on timing capabilities.

How much is that gonna cost me? Same as a mani? Eish.... Thanks for the info any, very interesting..... Daniel, I LOVE screamers, especially when people swerve next to u coz they crud themselves coz the screamer suddenly opens up..... Ha ha ha

Lol fair enough, if that's your thing then go for it I say. 8)

And I'd bet plumbing the wastegate back into the exhaust won't effect tuning at all. just do it properly, plumb it back in a lot further down and definately not at a 90deg angle like that dp pic you have posted draco.

Keep up the good work dude
