Found the problem, Cas was re beringed(thanks for the help Charl), seemed like that was the problem because as you tightened it, it made a difference in the idle and also got very hot, all sorted now, but that was not the problem, my air filter touched a connection on the blue fire coils whiched caused a bad connection, it is sorted now.

Now I need to get round installing the water/meth....still....

Good to hear that it was nothing serious

Now get that W/M fitted so you can crank that boost

Thanks Darryl, the boost is one thing...timing needs to come back, I have starved a lot of timing through the map, the w/m will allow me to bring back the timing, with that horses!!

Almost, just a few things to finish off, Micheal helped me alot, it would have taken me a long time due to "time constraints" :)

The demigod has water/meth installed, had to sort a few small things but she has tested positive,I finished her off yesterday....now to get the car to tuning....maybe not gonna happen before japfest...my little building project has ripped my ass a new one...I will maybe have to road tune myself untill the money is there again..

Again, thanks to powder for your help!!

Decided to replace cam belt just for incase, did that, checked the timing and lo and behold, timing in front said 25 degrees, on wolf 15,found out how to calabrate the wolf timing(thanks Gary) and did what I needed to do, in front and on the wolf is the same now...and there is space to retard, preveously the cas was on full retard and the timing was 25 digrees.
Because funds are short...she did not go in for tuning, yesterday, I decided it's time, she quinched from 6000rpm, did not want to pull after that, afr was very rich, started leaning her out on top, more and more she pulled..higher in revs, she is now pulling good to 7500rpm, timing on top quite agressive and no signs of detonation, the w/m is doing a hell of a job!!!

I think if she gets to Rob and get a proper tune, she will be wicked!!

I hammered her yesterday plenty while tuning, just before home noticed some steam, saw it's the heater pipe leaking, normal heat guage looked fine, drove home and hit it for last 100m...then smoke everywhere...luckely just steam, the heater puipe came out....checked the wolf and it showed 115 digrees....turned her off emediately...all the water was gone :(

I decided to block the heater pipe off, filled her with water to see whether I damaged the head...touch wood...it seems ok...no sign of blown head gasget...took her for a drive again...and all seems ok...

She is ok for japfest....can't wait...!!!

... i blocked my heater pipes off aswell.. but was told to make sure the out flowed back into the in.. rather that just blocking it off completely. apparently it causes problems when just blocked.
