Everything will still have to be neatend up but atleast the freaken ABS is out of the way!!!

I will put the wastegate direct onto the manifold again, like last time, I spent R380 for the extension pipe and so forth, first 280 and it was to close, another 100 and it now hits the engine mount, I'll be damned if I spend another odd 300 to make a new one, in the end I will have to take it off everytime I want to remove the mani anyway...so I figure, put it straight on to the mani and get it over with.

Hey man, well um, I actually finished most of the stuff yesterday, I just need to put on the boost pipes and vacuum pipes, but if you want, I will most propably finish sunday if you want to make a turn...

2. it hots up because of the heat and does not work anyway.
3. it is 20 years old, it does not work the way it should.
4. the aircon pump and ABS = roughfly 12kg's less weight.

Neatened up the wiering and added some heat protection...




Mani fitted with turbo, I vloeked so bad the sea will never clean me...but I got it done!!!

Where do you buy the heat shielding stuff from and how much is it roughly?

I guess Turbo toys or turbo and nos can help...

Started it on sunday....o boyyyyyy....the whining of that turbo is so cool...I have decided that I will redo the boost pipe out of the turbo....it touches the bonnet with the new compressor housing....some small things to do...hopefully W/M comes this week!!

Had some problems with the oil feed entry into turbo, sorted that,she runs,lifters are a bit noisy!!
Need to redo boost pipe from turbo and air filter, also get intake boost pipe ready for w/m.

Also need a good clean and some paint/powder coating..

For now she runs....as is.

Boy oh boy. I'm coming over one day to see this.

Thanks Daniel, you're welcome, wanted to go take her for a drive...but forgot that I did not blead the breaks yet...might have turned out not a good idea...luckely I remembered before gunning out the driveway
