Nice that is +- the same HP as a T04Z BB or a GT4088, but with 2000+ rpm earlier spool.
One thing calls to the other, Greddy pluming to reduce shuffle on the twins?

Have also read about some people complaining about turbo shuffle with the twins, but seems it can be reduced, like u said with the greddy plumbing.
This build just keeps getting better.

already have greddy plumbing , and the 2860-5 have adjustable actuater arms, so i should be able to balance the wastegates .. also loosing the electronic boost control, going for turbosmart dual stage with twin turbo hookup kit

really like the front bumper and side skirts on your GTR, do you know who made them, and if they part of the same body kit?
thanks

At light throttle cruise the output from the rear turbo compressor overcomes the compressor on the front turbo and stalls it which then causes pressure to build up behind the front turbo turbine which then spins the front turbo in a short burst that overcomes the rear ... and so on.
Best cure is to use inlet manifolds with a balance pipe e.g. HKS which then evens the pressure between the turbines and should stop the problem.

Good luck man-R32 still the most agressive Skylines out there.
Still had some footage of Vlakkies R32-most beautiful one in SA-maybe in the top 5 in the world

seems to be that the HKS turbos are the worst affected by this, specially the larger ones 50mm+ compressor wheels
dont seem to be as much of a problem with the garrett units or turbo's with compressor wheels smaller than 50mm - unbalanced wastegate actuater settings or boost control issues could also cause one turbo to spool up faster than the other
splitting the turbou outlet "twin" pipe seems to help also
