So I ended up blowing my T28 because of heavy use and drifting at 0.9 bar boost. Here it is after the smoke cleared from the burning oil on it's last drift night:
Then bought a nice new Garrett GT2871R:
And fitted with some temporary piping setup until I get a different intercooler setup which will be either a FMIC or V-Mount Intercooler setup:
Now I am on the hunt for a good priced Nistune system so that I can map the car and go drifting again!

So do I, can't wait to use it properly!
Cost more than the replacement engine that is in there

So car is tuned with a rough map at 0.8 bar and is running so much better. More power than the 1 bar I was running with the standard turbo. Next is 740cc injectors, FMIC and Z32 AFM. With 1.5 BAR I should be looking at 400BHP which is ideal and where I need to be.
I knuckled down recently and decided that's it, I'm now going to take my drifting to the next level and really go out and achieve what I wanted. So I put a proposal together and sent it out to a few companies.....
I am excited to say that I am now sponsored by Liqui-Moly:
You will see me up north competing in Super Drift next year for sure, just need a tyre sponsor now!
And here is our first outing with Liqui-Moly at Sunday's Killarney SA Hot Rod Day:
The car with it's extra power allowed me to link the entire oval in 3rd over and over again, which made me smile as I am deffinately going in the right direction!
I am also now doing drift exhibitions with Drift Squad, its good to entertain crowds in drifting as that is what makes the sport!
I would like to thank all that have helped me get this far, and will help me get to Super Drift next year! These are in no particular order Liqui-Moly, GT Graphics, Dragon Customs, Redline Racing & ROTA SA.
