Erhm, how loud is 100 or 115db's? It seems like they're having something this weekend. Want to go look, take pics, see how it goes etc but I'm worried about the 100/115db's?

Yes but 110dB is a LONG way away from 140dB - don't forget it's logarithmic. Every 10db is about twice the loudness, and every 3dB is about how much you would turn up the volume if you wanted it louder a "knotch". 120dB is supposedly the threshold of pain, altho these days I see people sitting in cars with music playing louder than that!

First time I was at tarlton I used my tripod and camera to access the gate right on the start line. I was busy panning and framing when the guys like seargent mike were busy with their thing. I didn't notice everyone standing there were pressing their fingers in their ears until it was too late. For the remainder of the time there I plugged my ears with my fingers and used my elbows to operate the tripod

Well I also want to go check it out. I'm not sure if I'll use the track or not, because I don't really intend to stay very long.

Will still be nice just to checkout etc. See how busy it is, see what seating/shade/toilet facilities are available etc.

If anyone is going through let me know & I'll be there same time.

NP. I was busy working.

Tell us how it was!? What do you think of the place?

Thanks for the photos 2! Looks extremely fun I am not going to miss out next time.

Was it busy?

Did you talk/meet anyone interesting?

Two or three sx's is all it takes it seems if you just look at these pics :)
