There is very little info on the "Performance car club challenge" so here:
This ATS Superpole is the second of five events on the 2012 ZOC Fun Day calendar and is run to the ZOC Fun Day Sprint Regs. A copy is available on
www.zoc.co.za. This is a tar sprint event that will be run on the Zwartkops Kart Circuit on 21st of March 2012
Entry Fee per driver is R200 for ZOC members and R350 for non-members. Entries can made on
www.zoc.co.za > Events Calendar > 21 March 2012
LAYOUT.
The Kart circuit is just over 1000m long and is a minimum of eight meters wide. The main straight is 180m-long and 10m wide. The first two corners at the end of the straight are only 12m wide. A unique feature of the International Kart Circuit is the Bridgestone Flyover, where the circuit actually crosses over itself. The sloping terrain of Zwartkops lends itself to great spectator viewing points and promises the drivers a challenging roller coaster ride.

Format
The start will be alongside the shed next to the pre-race paddock. Cars will enter the kart track, complete one lap and stop at the exit point, then exit the track at the entry point and return to the “start” line. Only one car will be on the circuit at a time.
Competitors will be held personally responsible for any damage that may be caused to property.
Scoring
Each entrant will be supplied with a Score sheet, which must be retained in his/her possession during the day. The timekeeper will record the time of each run on the Score sheet. It is the competitors’ responsibility to hand the Score sheet to the entry table on completion of the day. Only one run is sufficient to qualify the competitor to be scored in the event. There will be at least three runs for each competitor. If time allows, more runs can be completed. More prizes will be awarded.
Should entries allow, a competitor may arrive after the event starts and still take part in the event.
Prizes
The ATS Floating Trophy and the ZOC Floating Trophy will be awarded to Fastest Time of Day. There will be trophies for winners of Classes.
