A cat? I doubt that, afaik sa didnt get cat s13's, check your zorst system for one.

Our cars don't have a catalytic convertor. the later overseas models did tho'.
Not so sure about the s14.

I'm very interested in seeing the plumbing for you r car.

i'm thinking its a FWD engine, there's somebody else out there with one installed isn't there.
or am i thinking of gremlin's car??? with that "over the tappet" intake design!
i dunno - i miss the forum for one day and there's so much to read!
sasol 100 - i used to use it. now i use 95 unleaded from shell or bp. i cant say that i ever felt a difference in my car, but my BUTT DYNO needs sorting out!!!

Ok heres the pictures, afraid its not much 2 look at, mechanic lost the engine cover!
That water coolant bottle's from a Saab btw

Relaced it as the original was cracked. Note the numbers from the engine yard
So what ya think?

And remember, 95 costs you only about R6.50 more for a full tank than 93, but you get more mileage! Shell V-power is 95 unleaded, but I think the BP ultimate 95 unleaded is the best petrol for your rand - you get more milage and it cleans your engine quite well.

Hmmm, yeah good idea actually. Was gonna just replace it with the original cover. Just 4 interests sake, how much would a carbon one be, where would i get one, and how much?
